Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu, 1958’de Voleybol-Eltopu Federasyonu adıyla kuruldu. 28 Ekim 2004 tarihinde özerk olan Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu, Türkiye’de voleybol faaliyetlerini resmi olarak yürüten bir kuruluştur. Uluslararası Voleybol Federasyonu (FIVB), Avrupa Voleybol futwsg.scuolasancasciano.it Konfederasyonu (CEV)  ve Balkan Voleybol Birliği (BVA) resmi üyesidir.
